Jane Winegarden, A.M.F.T.
I am so glad you are here. My name is Jane Winegarden, and I’m passionate about helping people rediscover hope and healing in their lives.”- Jane Winegarden
Have you been feeling depressed, overwhelmed with anxiety, or grieving a loss? Longing for deeper connections but feeling stuck by past trauma, and you don’t know how to move forward? I believe that healing is within reach. My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a trauma-informed and person-centered perspective. Through both professional training and personal experience, I have witnessed the power of growth and healing that can unfold in the therapeutic process.
Therapy is a safe space for you to reflect, gain insight, and develop new perspectives. Process your fears and desires while taking steps toward creating the life you want. I work with individuals, couples, and families. As someone fluent in American Sign Language, I am also committed to making therapy accessible to the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community.
I know that taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, especially when faced with patterns that seem unbreakable. But you don’t have to go through it alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and wholeness. No matter where you are in your story, there is always hope—and I am here to help you find it again.
